Gary J. Sergent has been affiliated with the firm since 1979 and is a partner.  He concentrates his practice in all areas of general litigation, including Criminal Defense, Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice.  He was a member of the Kentucky Continuing Education commission from 2000 until 2006 and served on the annual Kentucky Law Update planning group.  He also previously served as liaison and resource counsel for the Federal Public Defender Panel in the U.S. District Court at Covington .  He is a member of the Sixth Circuit Pattern Jury Instruction Committee and an officer of the charitable arm of the bar, the Kentucky Bar Foundation.  He also enjoys collectible automobiles and is a member of the Studebaker Driver's Club and a Corvette club. Gary is a Martindale-Hubbell AV ®  rated attorney.
