Michael O'Hara is a Partner with the firm and concentrates his practice in the areas of Employment Law, Employment Discrimination, Civil Rights, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, and Personal Injury. In his areas of practice, he has handled both individual and class action cases. He has also lectured on issues pertaining to developments in Employment Discrimination and Civil Rights law before state and local bar and professional associations. He previously served as Litigation Director with the Northern Kentucky Legal Aid Society (now Legal Aid of the Bluegrass), 1978‑1980, and as Litigation Coordinator with the Legal Aid Society of Cincinnati, 1980‑86. He also serves as a Member and Chair of the Kentucky Bar Association Attorney Advertising Commission, a Member and Past President of the Northern Kentucky Volunteer Lawyers Inc., and Litigation Coordinator for the Volunteer Lawyers for the Poor Foundation, Cincinnati, Ohio.
